2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all transactions carried out on the website taupibazar.com, operated by ADFTRADING. They apply to all sales of trading cards, sealed products, and any other items sold on taupibazar.com.

3. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT.
  • Shipping costs are indicated before order confirmation.
  • Accepted payment methods: [Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.].
  • Orders are shipped only after receipt and validation of payment.

4. Pricing and Display Error

En cas d'erreur manifeste sur le prix affiché ou une remise appliquée de manière incorrecte en raison d'un bug, d'une erreur technique ou d'une saisie involontaire, ADFTRADING SRL se réserve le droit d'annuler la commande, même après validation et paiement.

Si une telle erreur est détectée, l'Acheteur sera informé dans les plus brefs délais et aura la possibilité de confirmer la commande au prix corrigé ou d'obtenir un remboursement intégral.

5. Orders

  • Placing an order on the website constitutes unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
  • The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or prior dispute with the buyer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery is handled by an appropriate carrier depending on the destination and chosen service. A tracking number will be provided when available.
  • Delivery times are indicative. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or exceptional circumstances (customs, strikes, force majeure, etc.).

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Withdrawal Period

In accordance with European and Belgian regulations, the Buyer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify reasons or pay penalties.

7.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Opened or unsealed products (e.g., displays, opened boosters).
  • Single cards sold in protective packaging: To guarantee authenticity and prevent fraudulent exchanges, individual cards sold in secured packaging (sealed pouch with security sticker) can only be returned if the packaging remains intact. ​
  • Personalized products. ​
  • Any returned product with a broken or altered security seal may be refused and sent back to the Buyer, except in the case of defective products or an order error.

7.3 Return Procedure and Return Costs

The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an order error by the Seller.

The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging. It must be sent back to the address above within a reasonable period after exercising the right of withdrawal.

8. Legal Warranty

  • In accordance with Belgian and European regulations, products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty against conformity defects. The Buyer must inform the Seller within a reasonable period after noticing a conformity defect. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought through an accredited mediator. If no agreement is reached, the courts of the Seller's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
